I cannot remember a time I haven’t had a camera in my hand. The proof is in the camcorder footage my parents have of me begging to hold it and see what the fuss is about – assertive and spirited from day dot! Every family trip, my camera was there with me. Everyday life moments, you know it’s me who’s going to capture it. I'm always thinking, "Someone should catch this moment before it vanishes," which is why my favourite images are often those candid, unposed shots of people together.
After all these years, my work, whether it's artful, timeless or documentary in style, at its core is about making people feel seen.
When I’m not working, my camera is my constant travel companion. I love crafting cinematic films of my trips that capture the heart of a place and my experiences.
